THE UNSTRUCTURED CANNOLO

Taormina, the sea far down there in the background, but the sea of beautiful, ugly, kind, ignorant tourists very near, all in any case hungry! Finding the right place for dinner is a real risk, as I often do I follow the inspiration of the moment and find myself Da Babilonia in a beautiful courtyard with Giovanni the owner, who, despite coming from another industry [he admitted that he has a construction company and only a few days ago took over the restaurant] has a passion and is overwhelmingly charming and inevitably, at the end of the evening, I find myself in the kitchen where he explains to me how it is organized, meanwhilehe has to prepare a specialty of the restaurant, classic Sicilian cannoli served but “unstructured” Needless to say, after having taken the photograph I had to sacrifice myself…!
